Shipping

We can ship to most addresses around the world, but there are restrictions on some products. Please note that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Additionally, if the amount of products in a single shipment is too large, it may cause a delay, or be held in customs. For this reason, we recommend making international shipments in small amounts. 

Please be aware that we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose when you place an order.

For preorder items, please be aware that it may take anytime from 2 weeks to a month for your order to reach us.

Also, note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 100 grams.

Finally, please be advised that we cannot be held accountable for any problems due to customs clearance.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (shop credits) or replacement of the same product. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

International Orders

PlusHealth Singapore is not responsible for taxes and/or duties applied to international shipments. We are not liable for packages refused or held for delivery. Refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error on the part of the customer, or orders seized by Customs.

Due to the current global pandemic, international customers may experience delays on orders. We are processing orders as they come in and shipping them out, but please be aware of possible delays of up to 1 month on all international orders.

If you have not received a resolution after 1 month, please contact us for further assistance.

Pleased be advised due to continually changing regulations, we cannot guarantee the receipt of any order shipped internationally, including all restricted items based on current legislation.
